Merchandise whether previously owned or new is thoroughly inspected for product quality and is guaranteed to be in excellent condition for its age and availability.
If you receive a damaged item, report it to us immediately so we can give you instructions on how to fill an insurance claim. All packaging materials and damaged item(s) must be kept for inspection by the carrier. If you do not keep the packaging and damaged item(s), you will not get a refund. No refunds for items damaged while being shipped will be issued without filling an insurance claim. All items are insured for full purchase price.
