A very pale yellow band surrounds the rim on a creamy white base paneled with a blue fruit basket filled with blue, pink, and orange flowers, apples, grapes, and green foliage. It stands on a high, flaring base surrounded by blue scrolls. The rim is blue with a pale yellow chevron pattern edged in gold.
