If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, for those pieces returned.
- Items you alter or damage cannot be returned
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- All items for return should be carefully packaged in a padded envelope or box with appropriate dampening protective materials. In the event that returns are damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept the return or process a refund.
- For your return to be processed, you must include a copy of the original receipt completed.
- Refunds can be issued using one of two methods; via a charge-back credit to the credit or debit card originally used on the order, in which case there is a 15% restocking fee or a minimum of $5.00 (unless a new order of equal or greater value has already been placed)
- The refund amount will be the total amount of product(s) purchased
- You must return an item in full to be eligible for refund

- Please be on the alert for your package(s) In the unlikely event your item is damaged in shipping; You will be asked to provide photo(s) of the original packaging material, the broken or damaged item(s), Notify us within (10) days so we could file a claim.
- After a claim is filed, you may be asked to take the packaging and content to your nearest shipping agent location.
- Buyer pays for returned shipment costs
- Returns are normally processed within 7 days of receiving your return or exchange.
- Refunds are normally applied to the original payment method used.
- Credit card refunds are issued by us as soon as the return or exchange is processed.
- If you have an email address on file, we will send you an email confirmation once the return is processed
- Once we receive your returned item(s) we will credit you for the cost of your return item(s).
